Thumb screw clamps(Butterfly hose clamps ) are designed for home, garden and DIY applications . No tools are required. This clamp can be tightened or opened manually.
Perforated band and non-perforated band is available.

Thumb Screw Clamps(Perforated Band)

● Band width: 1/2” (12.7mm)  and  8mm

● Under RoHS & REACH standard，No chromium(VI) used for coating purposes.

● Installation Torque: 35 in-lbs (4 Nm) for band 12.7mm

                                   15 in-lbs (1.7 Nm) for band 8mm

● Standard ：SAE 

Material

W1 : All in carbon steel with zinc plated

W2: Band and housing in stainless steel SS300, screw in carbon steel with zinc plated

W4: All  in SS300

W5: All in SS316
