Lined clamps stainless steel with zinc-plated steel screw have a band width: 1/2” (12.7mm) to spread sealing pressure over the widest possible area. They are stainless steel with zinc-plated steel screw- important because silicone hose can last up to 10 years or more. Manufacturer recommended torque is 35 in-lbs (4 Nm).
