If there is a raised section on the hard tube, the hose should cover the raised section. The installation position of the hose clamp should be 5mm away from the nozzle of the hose. If there is a raised part, the hose clamp should be installed behind the raised part.
Use tools to tighten at one time. Do not tighten the hose twice to cause the maximum torque of the hose clamp to be exceeded. Causes damage to the hose clamp and leaks. To fit beautifully, the orientation of the hose clamp should face one direction. Batch operation is also convenient and quick.
Check the steel belt of the hose clamp, the steel belt must leak at least 3cm. The steel belt cannot be too long, which may easily cause safety accidents.
We should mark a line when the hose clamp after installation.
Damaged hose clamps should be replaced immediately.
For the connection between the hose clamp and two rigid hoses, one sleeve can be processed for an intermediate transition connection, and two hose clamps are used for the connection. Hose clamps generally use strong hose clamps, such as heavy-duty hose clamps，high torque hose clamps，high strength clamps，robust clamps，spring loaded t-bolt clamps，and t-bolt hose clamps. The rubber belt is set inside the steel belt to improve the airtightness between the cuff and the locked pipe. The rubber belt has certain elasticity and high friction, can adapt to temperature changes, and the pipe connection will not be damaged. The hose clamp will not loosen, increasing the fastening force of the hose clamp.
This method is also applicable to the connection between two flexible hoses. A rigid sleeve is processed, the two hoses are sleeved outside the middle sleeve, and two hose clamps are used for the connection. The hose clamps generally use non-perforated worm gear hose clamps, American type hose clamp, British type hose clamp, and adjustable butterfly hose clamp, etc.
